Terms and Conditions
General
- Equipment is available for rent, starting from a 2 week minimum hire period, to a maximum term of 12 weeks. Rentals exceeding 12 weeks require the equipment to be returned for servicing and a new rental agreement put in place.
- Short-Term Rental Rates: The minimum rental charge applies to 2 weeks, regardless of the actual rental duration.
- To extend a rental, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. If an item is not returned by the agreed date, an additional weekly or daily rental fee will be applied.
- The rental period begins on the day the equipment is delivered or picked up and ends when it is returned or collected.
- The Customer is responsible for replacement costs if the equipment is damaged, lost, or permanently stained. Late returns may result in loss of deposit and additional daily rental charges.
- Any faults with the equipment must be reported immediately. If a representative is renting on behalf of a Customer, any unsuitability must also be reported immediately. Bell Mobility Ltd is not responsible for delays and is not required to issue refunds due to such delays.
- The Customer acknowledges full responsibility for any damage and agrees to cover all repair costs incurred during the rental period.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
- Limitation of Liability – Bell Mobility Ltd shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the equipment, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
- Indemnity – The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Bell Mobility Ltd harmless from all claims, damages, and legal costs arising from the use of the equipment.
Medical Declaration
- The Customer confirms that neither they nor the user have any medical conditions that would impair their ability to operate the equipment safely. The Customer declares they are fully competent to use the equipment.
